Hello and welcome to ‘Sole to Soul’ a purpose build treatment centre created to achieve healing and relaxation. The healing space is created within a warm and soothing environment, ensuring that you unwind, recover and escape the hustle and bustle of modern life. The holistic healing centre is located in a peaceful rural setting just 7 miles from the Newry Fiveways Roundabout on the main Armagh/Newry Road with car parking at the door & Disabled access.
Katrina is the proprietor of Sole to Soul which was established in February 2004 to meeting the growing need for Holistic Therapies in today’s fast paced life. Having achieved a degree in Computing and Information Systems in 1996 Katrina worked in this field for 7 years. During this time she became attracted to the various therapies and used them on a regular basis to help her relax and deal with the day to day stresses and pressures of working as a QA Manager. After trying and testing these treatments, she saw and felt the benefits and was drawn to study Complementary Therapies .
Katrina is a member of the Irish Reflexology Institute and Complementary Therapies Association and follows a strict code of ethical guidelines in her day to day work. She is available for appointments and can be contacted on 07745 772731
